What if you could ask a Christian any question you have about God, religion or the Bible without having to worry about offending them?  The reasons questions don’t get asked may vary, but unanswered questions gnaw at us and can paralyze us from making a decision – or worse yet, they may cause us to simply go along with popular opinion. God and the beginning of time

What would you say if I told you that the Bible had the drop on science? Until recently most scientists believed that the universe was eternal (that is, it always existed) and did not need a cause. In this way, naturalistic scientists were able to dismiss the notion that God was necessary for the beginning of the universe. Advances in science over the past hundred years however have shown that the universe had a beginning. What the beginning of the universe says about God

Happy 2017, it seemed appropriate as we start a new year to stick with the beginning theme and discuss the beginning of the universe. Where did the universe come from? Did it always exist? What caused it to begin? Hasn’t modern science replaced God with the Big Bang? While some atheists like to think that God isn’t needed to explain the beginning of our universe, science overwhelmingly shows that our universe began to exist at some point in the past and therefore, needs a cause.         Continue reading “What the beginning of the universe says about God”
